
Delete Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Cambridge Exam Simulator account and the personal data associated with it.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account is irreversible. Your profile, exercise history, statistics, and remaining Credits will be removed and cannot be recovered.
1. Delete from the mobile app (iOS & Android)
You can delete your account directly from within the app in a few steps:
- Open the Cambridge Exam Simulator app on your device.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
2. Delete from the website
To delete your account from outside the mobile app, sign in on the website using the same provider you originally registered with (Google or Apple), then:
- Log in at cambridgexam.com.
- Open your Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
3. Request removal by email
If you are unable to access your account, or you would prefer that we remove it for you, send an email to info@tcksystems.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within thirty (30) days.
4. What happens to your data
When your account is deleted:
- Your profile data (name, email, username, and avatar) is removed from active systems.
- Your exercise history, statistics, and performance data are anonymised or deleted within ninety (90) days.
- Certain records (such as billing and transaction data) may be retained for up to six (6) years where we are legally required to keep them.
